Daily Package Dictation

Dictate entries with commas or new lines. Examples: “four three two five View Crest Drive three boxes”, “7360 Winding Trail pickup”, or “7360 Winding Trail certified letter”.

Sorted Preview

Route Setup / Import open only when adding or editing route streets

Bulk import by section, street number, street name, and range. New imports append to the current review table unless you turn on Replace mode.

Accepted formats: section headers, pipe rows like “5 | Street | 7976-7793 | The Maze”, or single lines like “5 N Painted Vista Dr 7976-7793 Section The Maze”. The leading street number controls delivery order inside that section. A reversed range prints high-to-low.
Upload a CSV, TXT, or JSON route map. CSV works best for emailing another carrier a route file. Import appends to the review table by default; tap Save Route Map to store it on that user’s account.
Leave this unchecked when adding a new section. Turn it on only when rebuilding the whole route map from scratch.

Move whole sections up/down or edit their section numbers, then apply. This keeps each section’s streets together when reviewing, saving, and printing.

Gas Card Tracker

Track gas card purchases by the confirmed 24th–23rd WEX billing cycle. The card may not clear until the 1st if a route goes over, but gallon tracking is based on the 24th through the 23rd.

Route allotments

Set the route number and gallons allotted for each 24th–23rd fuel cycle. Purchases are grouped by billing cycle, not calendar month.

Fuel cycle report

Use this to audit older WEX cycles. Pick a 24th–23rd cycle, then the totals and purchase entries below will switch to that period.

Gas-card purchases

Enter each gas-card purchase and choose which WEX fuel cycle it should count toward. This lets old statement rows match WEX even when a transaction date appears just outside the printed cycle.

Use this for WEX audit rows that appear on a statement even when the purchase date is just outside the cycle.

Edit, print, download, or delete any saved day.

Monthly bundle

The 2nd Trips Only buttons include saved daily extra-trip forms. The Monthly Packet buttons include the 5399 plus the saved 2nd Trip forms.

PS Form 5399

Build the monthly contract route performance record. Sundays and federal holidays auto-fill on the correct day lines.

These values print at the top of the 5399 and normally stay the same. Change them here if anything is off.

Daily 5399 entries

Enter the Return street time and Total scans first. The app auto-fills Begin, Leave street, End, and delay minutes using your normal route times and scheduled end time, but every field remains editable. Daily printed times use 12-hour format; the fixed header schedule stays 24-hour.

Accounts are invite-only. The first account is the owner/admin account.

App Update / Cache

Installed build: v7.3. If the app will not show the newest version, tap the update button below. It clears HC Ware's app shell cache, asks the service worker for the newest files, then reloads.
